Terms of Use

Juicefall for iPhone. Last updated 16 October 2026.

The agreement

Juicefall is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store's Terms and Conditions. These terms add a few things that are particular to Juicefall. Where they differ, Apple's agreement comes first.

Playing

You may play Juicefall for your own enjoyment on any Apple device you own or control, as the App Store's usage rules allow. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the game, or use it to cheat on leaderboards.

Fruit you buy

Free fruit games

After your first game, the next five games may include every fruit for free so you can try them. This is a promotion: it may change or end, and it does not include the purchases themselves.

Game Center and iCloud

Leaderboards and achievements run on Apple's Game Center, and your high scores can be kept in iCloud. Both are Apple services under Apple's own terms. Scores shown on leaderboards are public under the name you choose in Game Center.

The game's content

Juicefall, its artwork, characters, sounds and music are protected by copyright and belong to their owners. The game uses the Nunito typeface under the SIL Open Font License.

No warranty

We work hard to make Juicefall fun and reliable, but it is provided as it is, without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be on this page with a new date.
